With over thirty years of experience, Nuno Prata is a Partner of SRS Legal, a leading law firm headquartered in Portugal. Nuno has an extensive experience advising international and domestic corporations and organizations in a wide range of matters, including corporate and M&A transactions, foreign investment, international trade, commercial contracts, joint ventures, partnerships and privatizations.

Nuno is graduated in Law at the Catholic University of Oporto (Portugal) and a Master of Laws at University College London. He is currently based in Oporto and in the past worked in London, Lisbon, Madeira Island, New York and Madrid.
