Dear colleagues, 

We are very pleased to invite you to participate to the preparation of the GGN Strategic Planning 2025-2027.

We would like to remind that the GGN Executive Board on April 1st 2025 adopted the GGN Long Term Strategy 2025-2035, after the proposal by the unanimous proposal of the GGN Advisory Committee (Annex 1).

The GGN Long Term Strategy 2025-2035 defines the Key Priorities for GGN in the next decade.

This invitation comes after the decision of the GGN Advisory Committee on April 10th 2025, which defined the Road Map for the GGN Strategic Planning 2025-2027 (Annex 2) and adopted the template for proposals to be submitted by the National Geopark Networks/Fora, the GGN Working Groups and the Regional Geopark Networks (Annex3).

The GGN Advisory Committee Members are invited to submit proposals to be included in the GGN Action Plan for the biennium 2025-2027.

These proposals should be prepared after discussion at their National Geopark Network/Forum.

We are looking forward to your positive reply and proposals regarding the GGN Strategic Action Plan 2025-2027.
